By accessing and using ChatPicture ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
ChatPicture is an independent AI creative platform that provides image and video generation through our own interface. We integrate third-party AI models as tools; ChatPicture is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or owned by any model provider. Supported model names in the product refer to integrations only, not our brand. Features include text-to-image generation, multi-image composition, animation, editing, and upscaling.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create using our Service. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to generate, upload, share, or publish illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content. This explicitly includes NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, or borderline adult content; deepfakes; face-swap or other non-consensual face manipulation; content that exploits minors; hate or harassment; intellectual property or privacy violations; or content intended to deceive or impersonate real persons without consent. You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy at all times.

7. Payments and Refunds
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You may request a full refund only if no credits have been used and no works have been generated from your order. Subscriptions and credit packs that have been used cannot be refunded. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
8. Acceptable Use Policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which defines permitted and prohibited content and conduct in detail, including explicit prohibitions on NSFW and harmful generation. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.
