What are credits and how do they work?
Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly from purchase) and reset to zero at period end—they do not roll over. One-time credit pack purchases never expire. Free users receive 60 credits per day when logging in.
Can I change or cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account management or pricing page. For upgrades, after paying the price difference, it takes effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Until then, you will retain your plan benefits.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Wait for your next billing-cycle refresh (paid plans), daily refill (Free plan), purchase a credit pack, or upgrade to a higher plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds depend on usage: orders with no credits used and no works generated may qualify for a full refund within 7 days. Used subscriptions or credit packs are non-refundable.
What is the refund rule for used credits?
Full refunds are available only when no credits have been used and no works have been generated. Once a subscription or credit pack has been used, it cannot be refunded. See our Refund Policy for details.

How does subscription billing work?
