Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains what you may and may not do on ChatPicture. It applies to all users, prompts, uploads, generations, exports, and any public or shared content. By using ChatPicture, you agree to this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Independent Platform
ChatPicture is an independent product that provides access to third-party AI models through our custom interface. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google, OpenAI, ByteDance, or any other model provider. When we reference a model name, we mean a supported integration—not that ChatPicture is that brand.
3. Prohibited Content
You must not use ChatPicture to create, request, store, or distribute: • NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content • Borderline or provocative content intended to evade moderation • Deepfakes, face-swap, or other non-consensual manipulation of a person's likeness • Content sexualizing minors or depicting child exploitation (zero tolerance) • Illegal content, violence incitement, hate speech, harassment, or doxing • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or privacy rights • Malware, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive synthetic media presented as real • Any content that violates applicable law or payment-platform rules
4. Prompts, Uploads, and Generation
You are responsible for every prompt and input file you submit. Do not use prompts or images designed to bypass safety systems or produce prohibited output. We may use automated moderation—including third-party moderation services—to review prompts and outputs before or after generation. Submissions that violate this AUP may be blocked without refund of credits used for enforcement actions.
5. Gallery and Marketing Content
Public galleries, showcases, thumbnails, and marketing assets must not feature suggestive, borderline, or sexually provocative material. You may not advertise or describe ChatPicture using terms such as "uncensored," "no filter," "NSFW," "18+," or "unfiltered generation." Only promote features that the product actually delivers.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content, cancel generations, restrict features, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate this AUP or applicable law. We may report serious violations to law enforcement or payment partners when required. Repeated or egregious violations will not receive warnings in every case.
7. Reporting Violations
If you believe a user or output violates this AUP, contact support@chatpicture.com with relevant details (URLs, account email, timestamps, and screenshots where available). We review reports and take action at our discretion.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP to reflect legal, product, or compliance requirements. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of ChatPicture after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
